  This house is perfectly located on the beach with immediate access to bike trails. Layout accommodates individual family group sections with multiple general public gathering areas. "Double everything" in the kitchen facilitates large groups beautifully. This is a place to make lasting family memories.

  Location was fabulous and the house has ample space. Window screens on more then just a few windows would be nice in order to get fresh air into the home when not using heat or air. Furnishings are dated, but it's a beach house!

  an exceptional property in ALL respects - contacts with your property management staff was also exceptional with one minor exception: my wife called on Thurs 8/14 to inquire about renting umbrellas - the young lady she talked with was unable/unwilling to give her a contact

  15 guests ranging in age from 7 to 80 years old had a fabulous stay with plenty of room. The kitchen accommodations (two dishwashers, two refrigerators) came in handy! Nicely appointed rooms and top-notch location. The home electronics could be upgraded a bit.

  -Massive kitchen with great work flow

  -Great beach with room for games, kites, etc.

  The house was perfect for our family reunion and my mother-in-law's 85th birthday celebration! Wide open spaces for gathering and enough bedrooms to accomodate 15 of us! The house was comfortable, spacious, and not fussy, which is what a beach vacation is all about. There were plenty of dishes, pot/pans, etc. as well as two refrigerators and two dishwashers--a big help! Our only two recommendations:
  #1. The house needs to be supplied with more than two dish towels. #2. A recycling bin by the trash containers would have been nice--we had to throw away many beer, wine and water bottles and we could not fit them in the car when we left.

  Overall, everything was great and the entire family had a wonderful time together. The weather was warm and the water swimable. Too bad an arrangement with Kiawah to use their pools can't be worked out. We started coming to Kiawah 30 years ago as property owners but haven't been back for 8 years. Two small problems. A second table leaf or just a board would have been nice to take advantage of the full length of the table and the 12 chairs. Also the knives were very dull and there was no knife sharpner.

  We get to vacation every other year in Kiawah, and have always gone through Pam Harrington. Your company is easy to work with. Last time there was a maintenance that need to be done while we were at "our" house. They came in and fixed it with little to no disturbance to us. We enjoy this house and Kiawah. It's my family's favorite vacation.
