  We love renting through Pam Harrington and love each year at 4994 Turtle Point. We hope to stay there again next year but did notice that it is for sale. We also would LOVE to have access to a pool with a 2 bedroom villa or condo. This would be the only reason we would not rent through Pam Harrington.

  We have been to Kiawah many times over the years and were very pleased with this year's accommodations. The villa was beautifully decorated, yet very comfortable. We would recommend it to any one! One possible improvement: we were a bit put off by the not-so-nice flatware and "Corelle" plates. Also, there was not a sharp knife in the place--very frustrating :( Other than those two very minor complaints, everything was darn near perfect. We love Kiawah! One last note- everyone at Pam Harrington's was very helpful and courteous this year... and in the past. You all do a terrific job. Thank you.

  We'd love to have the sunroom glassed off for privacy. Condo needs accessible wi-fi (or the WEP key provided). Overall, though, a WONDERFUL rental we're thankful to have found!

  In 1980 started staying at Seabrook, moved over to Kiawah in 1988 (Seabrook's beach was disappearing) and have never looked back. Of all the agencies we have used, Pam Harrington is now our "go to". Excellent units, well maintained, and efficient service along with good and fair pricing. We make it an annual event. See you at Christmas 2008.

  We have spent our vacation at Turtle Point, Kiawah Island for nearly 20 of the last 30 years--with children, grandchildren and now occasionally a winter month as empty nesters. It is always just perfect!
