Everything was great. Only suggestions are to have blinds in the living area for nighttime and blinds in the master bedroom that block out more light.
The location right on the beach was perfect. The floor plan allowed for lots of privacy between sleeping rooms and bathrooms. Great views. Nicely decorated. Have visited Kiawah for years and this unit is the best we have stayed in.
This is a great locations for families. The beaches are especially toddler friendly (much more so than the gulf). The amenities at the villa were excellent and as advertised. All around a wonderful vacation.
We've rented this unit twice in the last 6 months. Great location! Although there are a lot of stairs from the outside, the unit has an unobstructed view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, bedroom and porches. It was recently repainted. It has a well-stocked kitchen, wireless internet and TVs in all 3 bedrooms.PHE has many great rental units. We've been renting from them for more than 10 years.
This well appointed 3 bedroom condo has the most fantastic location--right on the water where you can see both sunrise and sunset from the second floor balcony. Your walk to the beach-- half a minute!
Can't beat the view! Oceanfront at Kiawah is a slice of heaven. The property is nicely furnished and comfortable. We will be back again!
Great rental with a great view! Everything was perfect from the accomadations to the golf!
Great property and location. If there was internet access it would be perfect. Could use a map on how to get to the rental agent's office to drop off the keys.

We have been so pleased with Pam Harrington for the past 15 - 20 years that we hope to soon become owners and use their service.
My 7th grandchild was 9 months old in October when we had occasion to attend a wedding at the River Course Clubhouse. It was a busy long weekend, but being right on the beachfront allowed us to feel like we were really at the beach and made it easy to introduce our newest grandson to sand and surf. The weather helped out and Grandpa and Grandson got some one on one building sand castles and splashing in the water. Now he'll be looking forward to next summer's beach trip just as much as the rest of the family.
