  The screened porch was fabulous. We ate all of our meals out there and the view was amazing. The location of the house was ideally situated. There was both a beautiful view of the marsh and easy/close access to the beach. Of our past 10 vacations, this house was one of our favorites.

  we had a lovely time, though the air conditioning system was not in good repair but the property manager did try to resolve the problem quickly
