  We arrived on Saturday and on Sunday morning Pam Harrington called to ask how everything was! We have stayed with one rental company before and we never received a call unless they needed to call us back.
  We were able to bike to the beach every day, we used the oven/refrigerator/dishwasher and they worked great.
  There was laundry detergent there as well as plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper and tissues.
  There was very little we needed and I feel that if we had, all we had to do was ask.
  The house set up is very open and the skylights are so nice. Even the day it stormed, the skylights made it very bright!
  I hope to stay in this house next time we vacation in Kiawah!

  We've stayed in this house many times over the past few years, so we are obviously satisfied with the property. The public spaces are very roomy and the skylights add very nice natural light in the house. It is a "comfortable" place for us - we spend a LOT of time at the beach.

  We absolutely love this house. The one problem we had was with the lock - I did call and a locksmith was supposed to come, but didn't.
  
  We had a wonderful time - the house was very clean, the house is very nicely furnished, and the property manager was very helpful. This is the second year that we rented the same house, so obviously we like it very much!

  I just wanted to commend Pam Harrington Exclusives...we had an issue with our hot water tank in our rental property, but the situation was handled professionally and our group worked with the company to find an equitable solution. They handled everything in a timely manner and demonstrated superior customer service. We plan to use this company again and encourage others to do so!

  Vacationing at Vanderhorst

  Although my family has rented from your agency before, this was the first time that my husband and I had stayed in Vanderhorst Plantation and we thoroughly enjoyed our week. Everything was spotless and the amenities met all our needs and then some. The one floor layout is very convenient and open and is perfect for entertaining. I would certainly recommend this property to friends and family and look forward to staying there again myself. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience as always!
