  We were very pleased with the house. It had a nice floor plan and is well maintained. I liked how well stocked the kitchen was. My only complaint might be that the 3rd floor bedroom was too warm. If we lowered the thermostat the 2nd floor would be to

  This is the second summer our family has stayed in this house, and we absolutely love it. The house is perfect for a relaxing vacation. We read and visited on the front porch for hours every evening and ate dinner overlooking the marsh on the back porch. The huge den/kitchen area is great for cooking big family meals together. The house is nicely decorated and is well maintained. I already want to go back!!!

  The house we stayed at (18 Atlantic Beach) was fantastic.

  We have been staying at private house in Kiawah for multiple years now. This house was a great beach house in a great location. It was perfect for a family like us with several kids. I would rent that house or a similar one on the block again.
  
  The house was in great shape when we arrived and was very nicely furnished. Much nicer than we are used to when we rent at the beach in NJ.
  
  The only thing I wish could have been different was the ability to get into the house an hour or two earlier. With the only flight down from NJ getting us into Kiawah around 12 noon - the ability to get into the house by 2pm instead of 4pm would have been ideal. I would be willing to get out of the house at the end by 9am if it made getting into house at the start an hour or two earlier.
  
  Outside of that issue - the enitre vacation was perfect.
  
  If houses on Atlantic come up for sale, I would be interested in hearing about it.

  We've stayed at many different properties on Atlantic Beach - this was the nicest one to date. My only suggestion is that it would be really nice to be ble to use the Heron Pool and rental of this property does not allow for that.

  Have stayed in many Atlantic Beach homes and have loved them all. 18 Atlantic Beach has been our most recent favorite and we have had two great vacations at this house with family. Thank you.
