This villa has three bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms have private bathrooms.
The living, dining and kitchen areas are all on the second floor. Everything is very nicely redone. The kitchen is new and beautiful. The living room has a big, flat screen tv over the fireplace and access to the porch.
The third floor has the fourth bedroom and bathroom. This room has two twin beds.
There is a community pool available for renters to use. This villa is just a hop, skip and a jump from the beach.
