Very nice, 2Br/2.5 bath, 1100 sq.ft., villa in the East Beach area with lagoon views. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are all very open and on the first floor. The living room has a sleeper sofa, a 32" flat screen tv, dvd player, vcr, a cd player and a glass door leading to the deck, with new porch furniture, that overlooks a lagoon. There is also a half bath on the first floor.
Both of the bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a television, and a private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath.
This villa is just a two minute walk to the beach.
